Receiving an order acknowledgment via email or by any other means does not guarantee the acceptance of an order. TheHardwareExperts.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and/or refuse to sell to any customer.

Unless an item is marked as Free Shipping, a minimal shipping cost will be applied to all orders.  Any and all additional freight quotes for larger or customized orders will be listed via email or fax.  Absolutely no freight quotes will be given verbally by phone or chat software.

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States and does not include Alaska or Hawaii.  Items delivered to Alaska or Hawaii may be assessed additional charges.  Items that ship via semi-truck do not include Lift Gate service, which is an additional fee.  Inside delivery is not included with semi-truck deliveries unless an additional fee is paid.

You agree that this agreement and use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies, and other dispute resolution organizations in Miami, Florida, USA in all disputes (a) arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Site and/or this agreement, (b) in which this Site and/or this agreement is an issue or a material fact, or (c) in which this Site and/or this agreement is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal, agency or other dispute resolution organization. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of this agreement, including without limitation this paragraph and the warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions above. TheHardwareExperts.com has endeavored to comply with all legal requirements known to it in creating and maintaining this Site but makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of this Site may violate any legal requirements and you agree not to access this Site in any such jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. Any use in contravention of this provision or any provision of this agreement is at your own risk and, if any part of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall govern such use.

With the prior agreement of TheHardwareExperts.com, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Site and/or this agreement shall be decided by the courts held in Miami, FL USA. You agree that for any reason should an account go into collections that you will pay all collection and or/attorney fees and court costs associated with the collection process. You agree that TheHardwareExperts.com may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site is offered.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TheHardwareExperts.com because of this agreement or your use of this Site.

TheHardwareExperts.com’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of TheHardwareExperts.com’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by TheHardwareExperts.com with respect to such use.

Any government entity or state school, or college may use purchase orders or credit cards. Resellers, apartments, condominiums, or management groups may use purchase orders after filling out our application for credit. Please contact our accounts receivable department at (786)502-0119 for details.

You have 30 days, from the date of shipment, to review your order. Simply contact us for a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and directions for processing your item.

• No returns will be accepted without an RGA number.
• If an order has shipped, it is considered a return and all applicable terms apply.
• All items must be in original condition and packaging.  If the item has been assembled, installed or modified, the product may not be returned.

Please Note:  Certain items are not returnable.  This includes, but is not limited to; kickplates, and custom-made items.

If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

To Return an Item using our Standard Return Policy:

• Please email us and include your original order number, what product you are returning, and your name and billing zip code. We will give you an RGA number and return address.
• Wrap the package carefully.  All returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
• Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.  Being that the item must be returned to us in original, salable condition, it is our suggestion that you insure the package through the carrier, as we do when we ship it to you.
• Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. This will help prevent issues with the return shipment.
• The return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.  Also, unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling.  For credit card purchases, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

TheHardwareExperts.com reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.

We make every effort to ensure that your item reaches you without damage. However, if upon inspection of your package you find damage to your item, please note Package Damaged when signing for your shipment. Please contact us via email or phone at (786)502-0119. You must contact us within 2 business days to notify us of shipment damages. Please make sure to keep all of the original packagings.  If your order has shipped using special means, including freight, please review the information below.

• Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write Package Damaged when you sign for the delivery. This is VERY important. Do Not refuse the shipment.  You must contact us for further instructions.
• If you find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us via email or phone at (786)502-0119 right away. This is important for us to file a claim with the freight company within their time frame. All returned products should be in the original packaging.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or in the rare instance we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
