At The Hardware Experts, we are dedicated to ensuring swift and reliable delivery of your orders. We prioritize efficiency, with most orders placed before 12:00 PM EST departing our warehouse on the same business day (excluding Holidays and Weekends).

  • USPS Priority Mail: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days by 7 PM following item shipment.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $99. For orders below $99, a flat rate applies. Notably, this offer excludes shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.. NOTE: This does not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Upon dispatch, an invoice and tracking number will be sent to your provided email address. To monitor the status of your shipment and determine an accurate delivery date, please enter the tracking number on USPS.com.

ORDER INSPECTION/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is your responsibility to meticulously inspect your order upon receipt to verify the condition and completeness of all items. Any concerns or issues with your order must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the products. Should your order incur damage during transit, promptly notify us at (786) 502-0119 for immediate resolution and replacement.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Once your order has been placed and items shipped, an email containing an invoice and tracking number will be sent to you. We advise retaining this information for your records.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have a 30-day window, commencing from the shipment date, to assess your order. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) and comprehensive return instructions.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RGA number.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Assembled, installed, or modified items may not be eligible for return.
  • Kindly be aware that certain items, such as kickplates and custom-made products, are non-returnable.

In the event of a refusal of an order, standard return policies will apply.

STANDARD RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return using our standard policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us with your original order number, the product you intend to return, your name, and your billing zip code. We will issue an RGA number and furnish the return address.
  2. Carefully package the item, ensuring it’s in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Utilize your preferred shipping method to send the product back to the provided address. We recommend insuring the package to safeguard against potential issues during transit.
  4. Retain your return tracking number, and if feasible, share it with us for monitoring purposes to ensure a smooth return process.
  5. Please be aware that a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returns. Additionally, unless the return is due to our error, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For credit card transactions, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

DISCRETIONARY RETURNS

The Hardware Experts retains the right to decline any return at its sole discretion.
