Our goal is to get you your products as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are leaving the warehouse on the same business day (Holidays and Weekends not included).

• USPS Priority Mail: Provides delivery in 3 business days by 7PM after the item has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99

All orders over $99 ship for free with USPS. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $12.95. NOTE: Does not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once an order is shipped you will be emailed an invoice along with a tracking number. You can type in that tracking # at USPS.com and it will give you an exact delivery date.

ORDER INSPECTION/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

You are responsible for inspecting your order when it arrives to make sure you received all ordered items in good condition. Any order issues must be reported within 7 business days of product delivery. If your order is damaged in transit let us know asap at (786) 502-0119 and we’ll make sure you get new product.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

After you place an order and items have shipped you will receive an email with a invoice and tracking #. Save this for your records.
